On sailing boat, we suggest a different way to think about holydays and to live the sea.
We will sail in the magic atmosphere of Cetacean Sanctuary, cruising along the beautiful landscapes of Cinque Terre and of the National Park of Tuscan Archipelago and meanwhile a marine biologist will go through the exploration of marine live. The biologist will share with you his knowledge on marine environment and he/she will show all the beautiful things seen during the cruise.
During the “Blue Cruise” we will present you topics in marine biology and related actual matters.
In this way you’ll have the chance to get pleasure of a relaxing vacation and, at the same time, to learn about different aspects and curiosity about the sea and to take part of interesting talks.
ABOUT THE CRUISE
When you’ll check in, in the established time and harbour, we’ll greet you with a “Welcome Cocktail” and after this we’ll proceed with the accommodation on board and with the briefing.
We’ll sail on 6/8 persons boat, into the Cetacean Sanctuary, in the amazing waters of “Cinque Terre” and through the Tuscany Archipelago. All the boats will be led by expert skippers and by the Marine Biologist.
The journey’s course will be established by the captain and it could depend on meteorology conditions. During navigation, all of you will have the possibility to take part in the sailing boat life.
Marine Biologist’s presence will allow you to totally enjoy this amazing experience on the sea, snorkelling together and being involved in interesting chats.
Moreover, once anchored in shallow waters, we can deepen your curiosity with presentations and other materials, about cetaceans, sharks, marine pollution, climate changing, fishing, underwater world, coral, sea movements and the life in abyss, poles and tropics.
At the end of the cruise, Idea Calypso will say goodbye to you with a small present.
